Instructed by Jonathan Sadler July 5 – 9, Tuesday – Saturday All Levels
Discover the power of portraits and landscapes using historic photographic methods. We will use large-format cameras (think Ansel Adams) and make homemade cameras to photograph each other and the unique Atlanta architecture and landscape. We will use photo paper instead of film to create large 4 x 5 negatives that yield amazingly sharp images and can be printed very large without losing detail. Participants will also develop negatives in a low-tech darkroom (dark cabin). No experience necessary.
